Components are de-burred using ceramic bead barrels.

A full powder coat facility is available in house with a large range of commonly used colours in stock. We have a large static oven capable of housing components up to a length of 6 meters and wet spraying is also available.

Component polishing and linishing processes are carried out in house and a full range of plating and anodised finishes is available to order.
